Director of Soccer:

Zdravko Popovic

Zdravko is a USSF A licensed coach and has been the President and Director of Coaching for the Internationals Soccer Club. Zdravko has also been the coach for the U.S. Amateur Soccer Association National Womens Team since 1998. Zdravko is also the head coach for the Cleveland Internationals W-League team which is owned by Pinnacle owner, Earl Stalter.

Boro Ivanovic

Coach Boro has been with the Pinnacle Soccer Staff for over 4 years now serving as one of our highest quality coaches in the program. Boro brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field as well as tremendous patience and great teaching ability. Coach Boro played professionally in his native Yugoslavia and was a member of the National Club Selection at U17.

Boro has worked with many local youth soccer organizations including Bedford, Parma, Westlake and Highland. Boro also serves as a staff coach for the Internationals Soccer Club.

Boro lives in Strongsville with wife Maria and his daughter Elizabeth. In his time away from the soccer field Boro enjoys golf, chess, books, movies and music.

Scott Zackaroff

Scott played collegiately at Brandeis University in Massachusetts after playing high school soccer at Walsh Jesuit. Scott was also a member of several ODP State Teams and received Most Valuable Player honors during the 2007 college season.

Scott currently holds a USSF "D" license.

Leslie Neice

Leslie joins Pinnacle’s Soccer Staff this year from nearby Norton High School where she serves as the current Women’s Varsity Head Coach. Leslie earned Portage Trail Conference Coach of the Year honors this Fall as well as Greater Akron District Division 1 Girls Coach of the Year.

Leslie, a native of Irving, Texas, played collegiately at Dallas Baptist University as well as Texas Wesleyan University. She also earned her degree from the University of Akron in English.

Leslie also coaches for Everest Soccer Club when she’s not looking after her new-born daughter Landry. Leslie is married to Todd Neice who is the manager of our Twinsburg location and runs our Coaching 4 Life programs.

The Pinnacle Sports Soccer coaching staff is made up of individuals with years of experience in soccer. The soccer coaching staff includes current college and high school coaches & players. All of our coaches are most importantly, good role models for our participants.
