This class is an introduction to the game of volleyball. The focus for these sessions is to create a solid foundation of volleyball skills. We will cover passing, setting, hitting, serving, and a general understanding of how to play the game. The most important aspect of development at this age is proper technique and each player getting as many repetitions as possible. This class is perfect for boys and girls ages 8 to 13 who have an interest in volleyball but have had limited experience playing the sport.
