Sogility’s attacking and defending training program is aimed at helping players improve their technical and decision making skills specific to their playing positions on the field. Players can sign up to train in different and/or multiple positions each week.

Each weekly session will consist of 60 minutes of fun, high intensity Sogiltiy training and competitions in a small group setting.
