First touch is everything! Join us for Sogilty’s 12 week progressive class series where we breakdown the principles of first touch control to go positive. Learn how to set up your first touch to be the most effective and efficient player when completing a pass, dribble or shot.
Our progressive curriculum will focus on: Positive First Touch Control-using the three most common touches in the game to go positive into space and away from pressure. On a Bounce-taking your first touch on a bounce to go positive on your first step. Out of the air-Controlling the ball out of the air using different surfaces of your foot First touch to turn-using your first touch control to turn away from pressure and towards goal. First touch to dribble-setting up your first touch to dribble and drive into space and at defenders. First touch to goal-setting up your first touch to drive for a shot at goal or finish.
