Indoor
- Men’s 6v6 (1 GK and 5 field players)
- Coed 7v7 (1 GK and 6 field players) Three field players must be female at all times
- Referee fees $15 per team – paid directly in the correct amount to the referee before each game
Outdoor
- Men’s 8v8 (1 GK and 7 field players)
- Coed 8v8 (1 GG and 7 field players) Three field players must be female at all times
- Referee fees $16 per team – paid directly in the correct amount to the referee before each game
